Start as a trainee trader, work up to managing your own book then can potentially head your own desk. Very viable progression at VCT.

Social bonus structure. All employees are urged to donate to a cause that they are passionate about. This gives a large portion of the company profits back to the community. I have personally chosen to donate to a charity that resonates with my values.

The company culture is very friendly and relaxed, but there is still an air of productivity around the office. The flat company structure makes it easy to talk to anyone at any time. The social bonuses also allow us to think of the bigger picture and for us to make an impact outside of Vivcourt.

Good male to female ratio at the company, but would be nice to see more female traders.

Intellectually stimulating work. Very challenging but we get to solve a lot of engaging quantitative problems.

I have a great rapport with my mentor and feel he genuinely cares about my development. I talk with him every day and he is a large part of my progress as a Graduate.

No dress codes. Brilliant location in Paddington and colourful office.

The online assessment was prompt and to the point, they were fair in difficulty. The take-home assignment was interesting to work on as it described a realistic task. The in-person interviews were challenging but made a lot of sense as they also tackled real problems. Finally, the talk with Rob and Mitch was very enjoyable and cemented my excitement to work at Vivcourt.

The base pay and bonuses are competitive in the industry.

The 3-month grad program was very comprehensive and a great course in general.

Reasonable hours- work a little longer during the graduate training program but afterwards mostly tied to market hours.

Very environmentally conscious- recycle coffee waste and only engage environmentally conscious food providers etc.
