LGBTQ+ at Vista Group

Vista Group is proud to be Rainbow accredited, because inclusion isn’t just a checkbox for us—it’s who we are. Our Rainbow Tick certification represents more than just a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community; it’s our commitment to creating a workplace that’s inclusive, supportive, and welcoming to everyone, exactly the way it should be!

We go big during International Pride Month every year with special events like morning tea and awareness presentations, helping us celebrate and uplift our LGBTQ+ family. And in 2024, fifteen of our awesome crew took part in Sweat with Pride for the fourth year running, raising nearly $8,000 with a huge boost from Vista Group’s dollar match. We can’t wait to do even more!

We also have our own rainbow community who provides a network and peer support within Vista Group. They also share stories to raise awareness at various events at Vista Group.
