Two of our targets that we are actively working towards are relating to gender diversity:

  • Achieve a 40:40:20 gender representation by 2030
  • Take action to minimise the gender pay gap. 

At Vista Group, we’re serious about making our workplace more inclusive and diverse. We regularly track our gender diversity to take real action toward increasing female representation. Initiatives to increase our female representation have included improving our parental leave benefits, establishing a Diversity Council, running unconscious bias workshops, and ensuring women have equal opportunities in our leadership programs. And that’s just the beginning! We’ve got plenty of exciting initiatives in the works to attract and support more women at Vista Group, and we can’t wait to make them happen!
