Larger emphasis on CSR recently, but historically involved in industries like coal mining. More diversification away from this recently, towards energy transition & renewables.

PiP culture is great, open, and transparent. It's been hard WFH but online events such as trivia still provide us with a sense of culture. There is a lot of ability to work with senior PiPers and clients.

There is a strong effort for diversity especially for women at PiP. There have been initiatives and changes to make WFH easier as well.

Extremely interesting and engaging, I'm given a lot of latitude in how I complete tasks.

Managers are pretty good - most have been very good at giving regular feedback and coaching and are very easy to work with / get along with You also get a Development Leader outside of your day-to-day engagement manager and they are excellent mentors throughout your career

New space looks very great!! Very excited to see it once lockdowns are over. Dress code wise, it depends on the client site rules otherwise it's smart/business casual.

Graduate interviews: Round 1 - 2 back-to-back case study phone interviews with managers / associate principals If successful, you also get some coaching for the next interview which is really helpful Round 2 (final round) interviews - 2 back-to-back in-person / virtual case study interviews with different directors

Excellent pay compared with other consultancies at my level.

Training & development is a real focus at Partners in Performance. As a business analyst, my first two weeks involved formal training run by the leadership team which was followed by 8 weeks of 'apprenticeship'. Apprenticeship is on the job training where you have a designated coach who helps to upskill you quickly, this experience is super tailored to you.

Managers will do their best to adjust to your schedule if anything important or necessary comes up.

We do a lot of work with clients to help reduce their emissions and we do have some sustainability policies in place. Not sure if anything has changed during COVID or when we start returning to normal pace of working where we are flying in and out a lot again
