Justin [00:00:00] Can you tell me how much do graduate roles pay? Is there any room to negotiate that salary? And tell me a little bit about how salary progression actually works for new grads.Â
Ryan [00:00:09] So grads currently and this changes every year, but currently graduates are coming in at 65,000 NZD. As an entry-level grad. There isn't wiggle room on that. That is the entry-level grad. They come in at that point. There is a salary review on an annual basis. So graduates are reviewed annually outside of the rest of our organization, they get reviewed. There is a banding within the progression for each graduate. So on that annual review, there is room based on performance to kind of shift the dial a little bit. But there are bands that go through there and our graduates accelerate quite quickly on a year-on-year basis. And then our graduates, when they're exiting the program, they're coming out at marketing rates of...our...of all of our site engineers around the business. And that fluctuates year on year. But it's you know, it's very competitive right now. Makes me wish I could do it again that I went back and did engineering.
