The types of tasks I enjoy the most are when I’m collaborating with clients to achieve great outcomes, the best feeling is getting a resource consent granted with minimal further requests of information from council.

I thought about being a pilot, or an air traffic controller, but it was the ever-changing nature and challenges of the engineering profession that drew me in.

It’s fun to be working in the environment and sustainability field, especially in the transport sector, as this is an industry where we can make a real difference in regards to New Zealand’s carbon emissions.

As a structures engineer at Airbus I am a part of the in-service engineering team for the ARH Tiger an Australian Army Helicopter.

Any candidate with a proactive attitude willing to get the best out of others will go a long way to achieving success in my role.
