I wanted a more "hands on" approach to help people which is why I decided to do my post grad in counselling.

A key long-term goal I aim to achieve is to see a product on shelf that I saw through from ideation to commercialisation. 

In my current role, I get to shape other people’s careers, I love delivering the good news that people have got the job, I feel like it really makes their day, and it makes my day,

I love that my criminology degree had the ability to be pretty much completely online.

Personally, I’m looking forward to volunteering and creating awareness about digital skills, especially because I want to see more women in technology.

We have lots of great opportunities here at John Deere and a variety of different skill sets that we look for, ultimately all you need is a passion for agriculture and being part of a strong team.

I loved learning online because I am very self-directed and work best on my own.

I believe DevelopHer programme definitely helps you build robust technical skills but at the same time would also work on building your interpersonal skills.
