My journey at CommBank has taken me all across the Business Bank, with some of my most memorable highlights being as an Intern.

Amber studied Bachelor of Communication & Media Studies at University of Wollongong and is now a graduate at South32.

I am a Technical and Production graduate at Nestlé and in my time here, I have completed rotations in Operations Performance, Quality Assurance and Engineering.

During my time as a graduate, I have been given complete accountability and responsibility in every role I have had.

In my current role, every day is a surprise. I am often working on multiple projects along with scheduled tasks such as end of month reporting.

I have enjoyed the technical engineering challenges of my work up to this point but my goal one day is to get the opportunity to lead and manage a team of my own.

Since joining the company full-time, I’ve been able to build and refine my skills in business case development.

The sales and analytical skills, as well as the general business experience, have given me a solid foundation to build my career from.
