I spent my time off working in various coffee shops and going on ski holidays until I finally rediscovered my passion for aviation and returned to uni.

As a clerk, paralegal and then graduate entering the legal market, I was excited to get into work at HSF and frustrated at the many stumbling blocks that would pop up along the way.

I think the best thing about working for John Deere is that they care and everyone cares, genuinely, about the outcomes for agriculture as an industry and also individual farmers.

The program allowed me to develop to a point where the company was confident for me to step into a fulfilling and exciting field-based role where I could work with our products and technology with our dealers and customers
