I pack up my PPE and head off for a site visit at one of my Ministry of Education major works projects in Hamilton. This meeting includes the client, school principals, Quantity Surveyor and site managers. Frequently run the meeting and will issue minutes following the meeting. Following the meeting, we have a walk around the site to check out the progress and do a Health & Safety review.
