I appreciated the flexibility of being able to work in a variety of places, with managers trusting us to work from home, and it still leads to good business output.
The team is all together – most in person and some virtually. We have a team meeting every Wednesday morning to go over what everyone has worked on for the past week and what things are upcoming.
Through the grad programme, you get exposure to a bunch of different products and get the chance to work on a project with a mentor, so before having “real” responsibilities, you go through six weeks of learning and applying skills.
Gabriel Joseph studied a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance with Bachelor of Laws at Macquarie University in 2017 and is now a contracts/commercial graduate at Transdev.
