Holly [00:00:05] So I'm really proud to say that within EY Australia and New Zealand we do not automatically rule candidates in or out of our recruitment process based on your grades. We do require that you are passing your current degree. So that is a 50% or higher average. And we love to say 60% or higher. However, this is taken into account with the other unique experience and skills that you would bring to the table.
