Justin [00:00:03] What are your top three tips for graduates applying for new roles at EY?ย

Holly [00:00:07] Firstly understand your Why. Why is EY the right graduate employer for you? And what is it about the teams that you've applied for that really resonates and fills your cup? Secondly, highlight your extracurricular experience, your sports involvement, any volunteer work you might have taken part in or community or service work. We want to know the whole you, not just what you studied or where you worked previously. And we recognize the value of the skills that are learned outside of the classroom. And last but not least, super simple, but don't be afraid to apply. I'm sure there's a way cooler Gen Z phrase these days and I'm going 100% show my Millenial age bracket by this but you miss 100% of the shots you don't take. And we know that taking that first step to apply can feel intimidating, but we promise it's not. We're there to guide you. Our teams are fantastic, down to earth and put their people first. So take the first step. You never know where it could land you.
