Holly [00:00:09] You can apply within up to two years after you graduate and applications typically open in two main campaign seasons, one during March and then one during July or August. After applying, if you meet our eligibility criteria, which is super simple, making sure that your graduation date is in the right year and that you're currently on track to pass your degree we'll invite you to complete a job simulation. This is not psychometric testing. There is no pass or fail and all candidates will be reviewed by our team. If you're successful in that, we will shortlist your application through to our hiring managers within your preferred service lines and locations. And if that goes well, we'll invite you along to either an interview or one of our recruitment days at one of our offices, or virtually depending on the year. From here, if you're successful and you love the recruitment day with us, we'll give you an offer that will be extended verbally and you'll receive a contract within the next couple of days.
