This is a unique opportunity for a communications graduate to join a successful Wellington business.
The role of the Customer Communications Officer is critical in delivering customer communication to Metlink rail customers and Transdev staff. With 40,000 passenger journeys by train each day this role plays a critical role in keeping Wellington moving and informed. The Customer Communications Officer monitors services to ensure Real Time Information is working and communicates about passenger rail services in liaison with the Service Delivery team, team leaders and other stakeholders.
