Not entirely sure of the process but from what I've heard, there are opportunities to move up a rank or come into a high rank based on various factors.

A Graduate Analyst is supported into the next role up (Statistical and Data Analyst). This step up can happen anywhere from 6-12 months. Regardless of whether the move up to the next role occurs at the 6-month mark, graduates received a pay rise.
