Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
There isn't much diversity but it seems like the p&c team are trying to change that through increased awareness across the company. Recently there has been more diverse hires recently which is promising to see.

What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
I am aware that there are educational and outreach programs targeted at those from less privileged backgrounds to promote STEM, which sets them on a good path for relevant jobs in the field in the future.
