What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
I'ts fine. Could be higher just generally due to the cost of living and inflation at the moment. My wage has not increased in line with inflation and this is distressing.

Am going through my first remuneration review now. Seems in line with the industry. Not particularly thrilled with the level of pay, but not disappointed either. Feel that with a master's degree, I should have been paid more to begin with.

Pay has increased quicker than I expected. I have been with the company for 9 months so far and my salary is 10% higher than when I started. I have also received a small bonus.
Graduate, Adelaide - 06 Nov 2023
Pay is reasonable and appropriate for the experience level, but is not excellent.
Graduate, Cairns - 05 Nov 2023
As I'm new (less than 4 months) I haven't experienced either yet
Graduate, Perth - 05 Nov 2023
Pay is on the lower end of the industry, especially with inflation and cost of living. After 2 years of working my pay has been inflated to the same as the entry-level position. Effectively only adjusted to inflation with no payrise in 2 years.

Pay increases for good work. Bonuses are given for good work as well.
Midlevel, Perth - 05 Nov 2023
I have recently had a pay raise which was to meet inflation and competitive industry standards which was great. I think it was a little slow to come but happy that it happened! I haven't been around long enough to understand bonuses but I think it is important to show that an employee's work is valued with a bonus

Salaries and pay at Jacobs are in line with the national average for my discipline at least. However, when you join the team at Jacobs you are joining for more than just the pay, the work culture and environment easily make up for the small pay difference.

gave relocation expenses even for graduates which is great.

Occasionally there are free lunches and dinners at restaurants, but the office also does catering for meetings often so it isn’t uncommon to be fed lunch or dinner every now and again.
Graduate, Adelaide - 06 Nov 2023
The free events with food and drink provided are a benefit. Jacobs' learning platform is a great place to increase knowledgebase also.
Graduate, Brisbane - 05 Nov 2023
