The grad program starts with a generous base salary with a guaranteed 10% raise every year for the 2-year duration of the graduate program. This pay progression seems well above industry standard, also offering a full Permanent position at the end with another potential for higher salary negotiation. The only trade-off is no formal graduate rotations.

The promotion is long, 2 years graduate program, and 5 years senior engineers in this role. I have 3 years work experience in the past, I do not see I have the chance to promote in advanced.

I think there are great opportunities to progress and move around in the business, whether it be vertically or laterally. It seems that management will disclose different talent and make recommendations to other leadership members about you too. I've seen people who have jumped ranks, year after year in the organisation.

Lots of opportunities for exposure. Also can move horizontally quite easily to get exposure to other parts of the business that may be of interest. Essentially it comes down to you creating and taking advantage of opportunities, which is common to all companies I've been at.
