Please tell us about promotion possibilities and fill us in on what it takes to move up the ranks.
Typically move a rank a year - but if you're a high performer, possibility to move two a year. Team I'm in is fair in promotion and pushing people as best as they can upwards.

Rank expectations are outlined clearly and everyone has access to them so it is clear what is expected if you want to move up / get promoted. The performance review cycles/process are clear and if you want to aim for a promotion there is a clear and helpful process to get you there. There is also a support structure which helps you to set and achieve goals / get promoted
Graduate, Auckland
Promotion and progression is very structured at the grad level so nothing to worry about. But also there lacks opportunity to progress early if you are standing out from the crowd.
Graduate, Wellington
There are opportunities for progression, but some people can get stuck in a 'queue'. This means it can be challenging to get promoted until business need allows or a position becomes available.
Midlevel, Auckland
Promotion from graduate level seems prescriptive. Opportunities for further development come on an exceptional basis.
