About the Graduate Programme

As a Graduate with BP, you'll gain access to world-class learning and developing programmes as well as participate in projects that will both challenge you and provide you with real on the job experience. This 2-year programme includes 2 rotations in different parts of the business to truly allow you the opportunity to discover where your strengths and passions are in the corporate world. You will be teamed up with a hand-picked mentor that will support you on your journey with BP and provide you with invaluable leadership, insights and networking. You'll have the opportunity to develop a number of key competencies and skills - commercial acumen, commercial risk management, offer and product knowledge and a strong appreciation for customer insights, just to name a few!

Working across operating teams and support functions, you'll enjoy challenging work in a highly agile environment and a get a real taste of life at BP. We'll also welcome your ideas and opinions, trust you to deliver, and treat you with the respect and value that you deserve. 

To be eligible for our programme you will:

• Be an NZ or Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of application
• have academic results of a credit average (65) or above
• be in your final year of study, or have graduated within the past 2 years
• be studying or have studied a relevant degree type
