Sales Development Representative, Christchurch - SaaS Company

This fast growing tech company is revolutionizing the way businesses communicate with their customers, and has taken their services internationally, where they've been growing in Australia, US, UK & Canada!

As a BDR, your initial focus will be on growing the customer base, opening the door to new relationships through prospecting, following up on referrals and incoming leads and the company's Marketing activity, as well as managing existing customer relationships from the office. 

After building a solid understanding of clients' challenges and needs through strong questioning, you will arrange qualified appointments for the client-facing sales team. This is just the beginning!  You will quickly grow within the business and your role will become more client facing, meeting customers face-to-face in the field.

It's all about your attitude. We are looking for people with energy and enthusiasm, who are communicative, determined and motivated to succeed. 

It is important you are willing to listen and be coached... ready to soak up the sales training that Apprento will provide and apply it in the real world.
