The Role:

As a Sales Development Rep (SDR), your initial focus will be on growing the customer base, opening the door to new relationships through prospecting, and following up on referrals and incoming leads from the company's marketing activity. 

After building a solid understanding of the client's challenges and needs through strong questioning, you will arrange qualified appointments or demonstrations for the client-facing sales team. This is just the beginning!  As you grow within the business, so will your role and responsibilities with clients.

The role also offers a competitive commission structure. You could find yourself earning 80k+ within the first year!
