The Sales Development Representative Role:

This sales development role is essential in helping open doors and creates interest with potential customers.  You will also be involved in account management, supporting the customer through the sales process.  This opportunity requires the '3 Ps' - personality, problem-solving and persistence!  

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. You will manage new business opportunities, respond to incoming leads as well as identify business prospects by building rapport and establishing long-term relationships. 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for the senior sales team, creating opportunities for initial engagement
  • Consistently achieve monthly targets of qualified opportunities
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities and account information in CRM
  • Consistently achieve monthly targets of qualified opportunities

Qualifications and Capabilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritise work
  • We're open to backgrounds, experience and qualifications.
  • Could suit a grad or someone with a 'touch of sales or customer experience
