The Business Development Representative Role 

This new tech company is looking to revolutionise the world of carbon offsetting with its new technology, which is empowering businesses everywhere to save the planet by reducing their carbon footprint!

Due to the exceptional growth of the business and team members, they are looking for Business Development Reps (BDR) who will help them grow even further!
  
This business development role is essential in helping to doors and creates interest.  You will also be involved in account management, supporting the customer through the sales process.  This is an opportunity that requires the '3 Ps' - personality, problem-solving and persistence!  
   
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. You will manage new business opportunities, respond to incoming leads as well as identify business prospects by building rapport and establishing long-term relationships. 

Responsibilities

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for the senior sales team, creating opportunities for initial engagement
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities and account information in CRM
  • Consistently achieve monthly targets of qualified opportunities

Qualifications and Capabilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritise work
  • We're open to backgrounds, experience and qualifications.
  • Could suit a grad or someone with a 'touch of sales or customer experience
