We have graduate opportunities in three different areas of our team – Marketing, Data, and Personalisation – and we’ll provide opportunities to learn about our function as a whole.
Our Marketing team is responsible for making sure that ANZ remains New Zealand’s leading financial services brand. Through continuous creativity, innovation and growth we’re responsible for all brand and marketing initiatives across the New Zealand business.

You have curious and analytical minds that can organize, engineer and interpret data and numbers, pick up trends and make informed recommendations. You can build strong working relationships and want to learn about customers’ specific needs and how you can help through data analysis. You will be confident in explaining what data means to other people, a storyteller who is comfortable sharing ideas. You are passionate about data and bring fun and energy to your work – a team player who enjoys working with others.
We’re looking for ‘dataphiles’. If you want to work with the biggest datasets in the largest data team in NZ with access to ‘tier 1’ data, then you’ll love seeing how those cool tools are used in the real world.
